兩年前買了一件薄外衣，腰間的布帶太緊，拿去改衣店，問可否在布帶上打多一個孔，老闆說她沒有打孔機的，然後建議我到改鞋店問。去到改鞋店，老闆又說他的打孔機只可以在皮革上打孔，不可以在布上打孔，在沒有辨法的情況下，唯有緊一些也照著。可是前天再穿這件外衣，發覺腰間竟然有虛位！

沒有刻意減肥，卻已有不止一個人說感到我的臉瘦了，估不到連腰也瘦了點。相信是因為去年身體裡面有些毛病，但又一直找不出原因，所以沒有理會。直至最近看了中醫，找出病因，然後吃了中藥，也接受建議改變了一些飲食習慣（不是節食），於是身體裡面的毛病改善了，連「肥胖」的問題，也像購物送贈品般改善了，真是喜出望外！^^

Online-aholics - come across this term in today’s SCMP. It refers to the people who are diagnosed with internet addiction disorder. One of the activities these addicts spend hours on is blogging. Oh! Really! That’s what I’m doing now. Other activities are trading stocks, messaging and video games.

It says that there’re 15 symptoms. Some of these are: intense cravings for the computer, lying about how much time he/she spends on online, withdrawing from social interactions, back pain and weight gain.

New technology has created a more generalised technology addiction. So, may be the technology to view blogs on mobile phone make these addicts suffer more seriously.

Don’t worry! There’s a 12-step programmes to treat the addiction. However, insurance companies do NOT reimburse it. You have to pay it yourself! Also, like drug addicts, withdrawal may cause profuse sweating. anxiety and paranoia symptoms. (Actually, I don’t know what the word “paranoia” means. If anyone knows what it means, please tell me.)

So, I better turn off my computer and go out to have a walk now.

By the way, one more new term - cyber-widow - the spouses of those …. Poor Guy!

驗身Part II：因為Part I有個項目不及格，所以要驗多一次，有些似考試補考一科。（須然好似很便宜，免費驗多次，但我真的不想貪這些便宜。）

電腦驗身：公司部電腦好似中了毒，用Mail的software收發不到email，所以昨天我是用webmail收發email的，於是部電腦又要驗身。

有一個迷信的說法是：家中的寵物或植物，無故病了或死了，是替主人檔了災。現在我的電腦中了毒，是否也替我檔了災？

當然，這是一個樂觀的想法。悲觀的想法是：禍不單行！

iPod 壞了，開不到機，把它接上充電的電線也沒有反應，正想把它帶去修理，卻找不到發票和保用証。

致電到 Apple 問：
「有關 iPod 的維修，你可以打這個電話，然後有電話錄音，按 2，按 2，再按 1。」
我以為我要收線再撥。
「我現在幫你轉過去吧。」
太好了，這才是優質服務。

轉了另一條線，電話的那方先問我保用証，我告訴他遺失了，只可以告訴他 serial no.：
「你部機是綠色的嗎？」
「對。」
「是否記得幾時買？」
「忘記了，幾個月前，肯定未夠一年。」
「在那裡買？」
「皇室堡。」
其實我相信他是查不到我是何時買的，但他也答我的問題，他教我同時按「MENU」及中間的掣，於是我部 iPod 便可以重新開機了，如果大家的 iPod hang 了機，也可試試這方法。

實在太高興了，不用在下雨天專程帶部機去維修。

如果人的身體 hang 了機，也可以簡單地按兩個掣便能 restart 就好了。

兩星期後又要去驗身了，因為月中的驗身報告出了，有不正常的地方，所以要驗多一次求證，其實早於兩年前，我的驗身報告已顯示我有輕微貧血，但當時醫生說沒有大問題。

天呀！快告訴我按那兩個掣吧！我未過保用期吧！
